Iulia & Bogdan – Wedding Photography in Bucharest
I’m slightly obsessed with Bucharest. So much that has the potential of becoming my new office. I knew both of them from a few years back. I first met them when I photographed a wedding of their best friends. We discussed the possibility of being their photographer at another wedding, in Greece, again them being guests and I the photographer. They’ve chosen the Diplomatic Club in Bucharest for the party and the Marriot Hotel for the preparations. A wedding that had familiar faces, friends of mine, past grooms and brides that I photographed.
A glamorous getting ready of the bride, gold and white where the colours that Iulia has chosen to reflect her style and personality. The bride bouquet was a mix of spring flowers with a vivid contrast alongside the white of ranunculus.
The classic white dress, simple yet so sophisticated and those beautiful Michael Kors shoes completed Iulia for her special day. The groom is wearing a costume made by Tudor and the jewelleries of the bride were provided by Swarowsky. The orthodox ceremony lasted less than half an hour and was held by the father friend priest. But enough small talk, here is the story of their wedding unfolded in images.
Wedding Reception At The Diplomatic Club Venue
The Diplomatic Club, a luxury venue situated in Bucharest, was a perfect fit for Iulia and Bogdan reception and for me as a wedding photographer. We had the pleasure of using an entire golf field for our photo session and the intimate restaurant dating back to 1922 took care of the party and the guests. At the end you can also see the film with the highlights of the wedding made by the talented friend of mine Vlad Carp, enjoy!
